Lead and manage FP&A and Finance & Administration teams supporting JAPAC financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, consolidation, and ad-hoc projects from India.

Minimum Requirements
12+ years progressive experience in FP&A, G&A Finance, Technology Finance, Project Controls, or related finance discipline.
Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, CPA or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business & Administration.
Experience managing teams and working across multiple time zones, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Work Experience Required: 12+ years of relevant experience explicitly mentioned in JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in regional FP&A and finance management with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
Strong expertise in financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI) and financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and variance analysis.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, multi-time zone environments with exposure to pharmaceutical/biotech sector finance and strategic business partnering.
