Provide technical support for Adobe Digital Marketing customers via phone and email, managing complex technical issues within service levels.
Own and resolve support cases, validate and report product bugs, and assist in testing new product features.
Identify trends and potential issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support sustainable software solutions for major customers.
Deep knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Web 2.0, web services, SQL, APIs (SOAP, REST), and database management.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
At least three years of experience in customer support, preferably in high enterprise tech environment.
Must be comfortable working night shifts and providing weekend/holiday coverage as required.
Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or optimization tools and familiarity with Digital Marketing concepts including Mobile, DTM, Tag Management.
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex analytic implementation issues with skills in jQuery, AngularJS or similar JS frameworks.
Demonstrated capability leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as product or technical client service lead or solution consultant; Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification is a plus.
