Own end-to-end functional design and configuration of billing processes within Salesforce Billing for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid monetization models.
Manage and validate integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream ERP, revenue recognition, tax, payment, and entitlement systems to ensure data consistency and financial reconciliation.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and provide Level 2/3 production support for invoicing and billing system issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
6+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focused on Salesforce Billing.
Strong domain knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, subscription and usage-based billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence; collaboration with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced functional lead capable of owning complex enterprise billing configurations and scalable monetization solutions within Salesforce Billing.
Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams including Finance, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Solution Architecture in a global, Agile context.
Demonstrated ability to manage integrations between Salesforce Billing and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and to support high-volume, enterprise-level billing environments.
