Director, Digital Strategy

Lead enterprise digital and AI-enabled transformation engagements with measurable business impact, including strategy development, operating models, and business case validation.

Serve as a senior client advisor to C-suite and stakeholders shaping transformation agendas and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital strategy outcomes.

Drive business development activities by partnering with Growth, including scoping, proposals, and new business wins.

12+ years of experience preferred (8+ years acceptable); specifically in digital strategy, management consulting, or technology transformation consulting.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Experience leading enterprise digital transformation strategies, including operating models and financial business cases.

Willingness to travel 30–50% for client engagement and business development.

Experienced leader with proven ability to influence C-suite and navigate complex organizations through ambiguity in digital/AI strategy.

Strong background in connecting technology adoption with organizational readiness, role redesign, and measurable business value.

Skilled in leading multidisciplinary global teams and driving business development in a matrixed environment.
