Own and drive the end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) operations lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, validation, and support of key master data domains related to private credit business.
Build and implement scalable operational processes and automation (e.g. entity resolution, alerting) to ensure robust data quality, lineage, and governance in collaboration with global stakeholders primarily based in Los Angeles.
Manage daily monitoring, issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with business and technology teams to maintain data integrity and support data-driven decision-making in a centralized MDM environment.
10+ years of experience in MDM operational lifecycle, data quality monitoring, and stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Ability to work hybrid model from Hyderabad office (3 days onsite) with US (Los Angeles) time zone overlap including night shift (8PM - 5AM).
Familiarity with MDM tools such as Semarchy, Azure Profisee MDM, or similar platforms.
Experienced in private credit domain data operations, including deal onboarding, facility master data, and complex SPV structures.
Proven ability to operate independently with high ownership while collaborating cross-functionally with business and technology teams across geographies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building automation and efficient MDM workflows to support large-scale investment management data needs.
