Oversee the development and operation of ESAB's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function related to cybersecurity.
Manage and lead team members and third parties to deliver cybersecurity policies, risk management, awareness training, and maturity assessments.
Coordinate cybersecurity governance activities including Security Council meetings, reporting, framework alignment, and leadership presentations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or information technology.
