Manage trade settlements, reconciliation, and confirmation for derivative products including swaps, futures, and options with full post-trade lifecycle ownership.
Review ISDA and CSA agreements for bi-lateral contracts and perform trade affirmation, margin management, collateral management, and credit event processing.
Collaborate across Risk, Technology, Automation, and Change teams to resolve operational issues, drive business transformation, and maintain client and risk metrics accountability.
Overall 3-10 years experience in middle office operations related to derivatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Experience working directly with clients and counterparties in a global context with end-to-end operational ownership.
Willingness to work North American shift hours.
Experienced in handling OTC and ETD derivatives operations including trade confirmation, margin and collateral management, and reconciliations.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and collaborating across multiple global teams and functions to achieve results.
Proven ability to engage with Risk, Technology, and Business partners to implement operational improvements, automation, and manage transformation initiatives.
