Manager Sourcing

Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities for clinical outsourcing services ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance.

Develop and drive sourcing strategies, conduct market research, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize value and manage risks.

Partner with clinical, R&D, legal, and other stakeholders to influence decisions, maintain supplier relations, and oversee vendor compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience including RFx processes and supplier negotiations.

Experience in clinical outsourcing and understanding of clinical development operations and service models (FSO, FSP) preferred.

Experience working with global cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments with compliance, quality, contracting, and risk management knowledge.

Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional sourcing projects with strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.

Comfortable operating in international and regulated clinical outsourcing environments with multiple stakeholder groups.

Capable of applying data analytics and AI-driven insights in decision-making and driving procurement process excellence.
