Support International Private Bank Operating Committee by managing and executing strategic transformation initiatives addressing business and regulatory requirements.
Independently perform program management tasks including scheduling, content validation, meeting minutes, and follow-up for senior management.
Analyze program data (budgets, costs, benefits) and produce actionable reports; coordinate vendor engagement, contracting, budgeting, and audit requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, or project/change management with PMO focus.
Experience in banking/financial services, ideally Private Banking, with understanding of program lifecycle and complex multi-country projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experienced in managing cross-regional complex strategic transformation projects within banking or financial services.
Skilled in data-driven program reporting and stakeholder coordination at mid to senior management levels.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital tools, and ability to work independently delivering high-quality outputs.
