Optimize Master Production Scheduling (MPS) for assigned portfolios across manufacturing plants and OEMs using Kinaxis to balance resource loading and inventory.
Manage master data setup in Kinaxis, Oracle JDE & SAP SCM/S4 ensuring smooth planning processes and align production plans to meet >95% Production Plan attainment.
Lead continuous improvement projects, prepare global and regional supply review reports, analyze demand and production trends, and escalate critical supply issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering field.
Engineering degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant supply planning experience.
Proficient in Kinaxis, Oracle JDE, SAP SCM/S4 and analytical skills to drive supply planning.
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in supply planning or related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global supply chain environments handling master production scheduling and supply metrics (BO, PPA, OTIF, DC Inventory).
Operates with strong analytical capabilities to identify risks, opportunities and implement continuous improvements.
Skilled at cross-functional communication with demand teams, manufacturing plants, OEMs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and escalate supply risks timely.
