Own SRE responsibilities for Application Development focusing on reliability, observability, performance, and operational excellence for .NET and React applications.
Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets; design and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and similar tools.
Lead incident management including response, root cause analysis, postmortems, and promotion of AI-assisted tooling and practices to reduce toil and improve response.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting and debugging C# .NET, React, MS SQL, and APIs; development experience with these technologies preferred.
Hands-on experience with Azure platform services (App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, API Management, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
Experience with git, GitHub, Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines and feature flag releases; understanding of deployment patterns (blue/green, canary, feature flags).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full stack developer advancing to SRE/DevOps roles with strong coding, debugging and application troubleshooting skills.
Well-versed in SRE principles including SLOs/SLIs/error budgets, toil reduction, incident management, and blameless postmortems.
Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams for scalable and secure full stack solutions using Microsoft Azure ecosystem and strong leadership/mentoring skills.
