Principal Data Operations Analyst (Machine Learning and Python skills preferred)

Own end-to-end data production workflow including advanced data coding, matching, and transformation ensuring timely and accurate data delivery per SLAs.

Lead and coordinate the team by guiding junior analysts, auditing outputs, maintaining quality standards, and driving process improvements.

Conduct root cause analysis for data or delivery issues and implement corrective/preventive actions collaboratively.

Minimum 2+ years experience in data operations, analytics, or market insights.

Hands-on experience in Machine Learning is mandatory; Python skills are preferred.

Proven expertise in data coding, matching, quality assurance, and team coordination.

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, statistics, data science, or related field preferred but not strictly mandatory.

Experienced in executing and improving production data workflows with strong attention to data accuracy and SLA adherence.

Able to lead and mentor junior analysts while managing quality controls and stakeholder communications effectively.

Comfortable working in a data-driven environment with stakeholder engagement and using AI tools to interpret market trends.
