6-8 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related technical roles (including internships or personal projects).

Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or .NET.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and scripting automation with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Willingness to work onsite in Cincinnati in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Experience contributing to internal tools, automation frameworks, or developer platforms.

Exposure to container orchestration (Kubernetes) and monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana).

Proven ability to learn and prototype quickly using AI-assisted coding workflows and work effectively in compliance-driven environments.
