Lead and grow the Data Platform team responsible for core data infrastructure and reporting systems used across multiple business units (lending, risk, finance, operations).
Own and execute the platform roadmap including data ingestion, transformation, storage, access, and reporting with a focus on resilient batch and real-time pipelines.
Ensure data quality, lineage, privacy, security, platform reliability, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver trusted business data products supporting rapid growth.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or MCA.
8+ years of engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
Strong technical expertise with large-scale data platforms and tools including Spark on EMR, Databricks, Snowflake, Oozie, Athena, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop, S3/cloud storage, SQL, Python/Java/Scala, and ETL/ELT processes.
Experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking, or regulated domains highly preferred; Work Experience Required: 9-13 years as per Job Snapshot.
Experienced engineering leader comfortable managing both technical teams and cross-functional stakeholder relationships in fast-paced, high-growth fintech environments.
Deep understanding of scalable data infrastructure and analytics pipelines supporting regulated financial products.
Proven ability to implement strong engineering practices, observability, CI/CD, and performance management in data platform teams.
