Experienced in managing complex project logistics with multiple transport modes and regulatory environments.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate freight contracts, and optimize logistics costs.
A leader skilled in stakeholder coordination across customers, internal teams, and external agencies with accountability for KPI delivery and compliance.
