Own and develop integrated short-, mid-, and long-term oncology forecast models incorporating patient dynamics and market research to guide brand strategy and investment.
Align forecast assumptions and findings with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, and Operations to drive shared accountability.
Present and defend forecast methodologies and outcomes to senior leadership, enabling decisions on risks, opportunities, and prioritization.
10 to 15 years of direct pharmaceutical forecasting experience, specifically in oncology forecasting for the US market.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting tools with experience using pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, claims data (Truven, Marketscan), and epidemiology.
Must work a 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift based in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, in a hybrid model.
Deep understanding of US oncology patient flow, treatment dynamics, and reimbursement landscape to build realistic forecasts.
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with commercial and analytics teams to align assumptions and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
Skilled in advanced forecasting techniques with experience in scenario planning, risk management, and integrating multiple data sources including TRx/NBRx data.
