Lead and manage process surveillance activities aligned with Enterprise Surveillance Standards to ensure risk mitigation.
Design, execute, and oversee control testing, including Test of Design and Control CTC testing, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
Govern Growth SIAM/role profile access decisions with risk-based challenges and lead peer/tollgate reviews, supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Financial Services (reporting, governance, risk management, audit, compliance, or Growth) or 6+ years without degree.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Audit, Testing, Surveillance.
Minimum 3+ years experience with consumer banking laws and regulations.
Work hours requirement: Availability between 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM US Eastern Time (3:30 PM to 9:00 PM IST), with flexible working outside these hours.
Experienced in Financial Services audit, surveillance, and compliance with a strong focus on control testing and governance.
Proficient in designing and leading control frameworks and process improvements with good stakeholder management at multiple organizational levels.
Familiarity with Synchrony platforms/systems and relevant regulatory environment, with ability to maintain quality and timeliness under flexible and US-anchored working hours.
