Experienced in financial services or banking environment with understanding of regulatory compliance, SOX controls, and audit processes.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and engage cross-functionally with finance, product, QA, and infrastructure teams.
