Design, develop, and deliver complex software systems end-to-end into production, including writing high quality code and tests, and managing deployment pipelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, UX design, data science, and business partners to identify opportunities and influence decision making through presenting results.
Develop and deploy AI solutions involving Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), semantic search, and associated frameworks (e.g., LangChain), optimizing for accuracy, efficiency, and production-readiness.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
At least 2+ years hands-on experience designing and delivering complex software systems to production, including on-call support in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python, C/C++, Java, or C#) with strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design.
Experience or knowledge in software engineering lifecycle processes including testing (unit, functional, performance), API and database design, production monitoring, logging, and security basics.
Experienced individual contributor comfortable operating within multidisciplinary teams and influencing through communication and collaboration.
Strong technical proficiency with demonstrated ability to own project delivery from design through production in complex, fast-evolving environments.
Specialized knowledge or experience in applying advanced AI techniques such as Generative AI, LLMs, semantic search, vector databases, and related tooling to build scalable and efficient AI-driven applications.
