Lead and manage global Record-to-Report (R2R) operations encompassing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple regions.
Drive improvements in reporting quality, operational efficiency, and compliance through strong governance, automation, and standardization in finance processes.
Partner with Global Finance, FP&A, Tax, Audit, and Internal Controls teams to support ERP and consolidation system transformation programs and ensure audit readiness.
14+ years of experience in R2R, accounting operations, controllership, or audit.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP and experience managing global financial close and balance sheet controls.
Experience with ERP systems and OneStream; proven experience leading finance process transitions or transformation projects.
Experienced leader comfortable managing large global and cross-functional teams in a shared services or Global Capability Center (GCC/GDC) environment.
Demonstrated ability to implement and drive finance transformation programs incorporating automation tools like OneStream, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong collaborator with proven stakeholder management skills working across multiple regions, legal entities, and finance disciplines (FP&A, Tax, Internal Controls).
