Process and manage general accounting transactions including accruals, allocations, and journals ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and oversee month-end reporting and perform accounts reconciliations with resolution of open items.
Maintain compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements, update SOPs, and monitor aged items for timely closure.
Fresher or up to 2 years work experience in Finance and Accounts domain.
Educational background in accounting: BBA (with commerce 12th), B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance.
Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot, V-lookup, formulas).
On-site work location: Gurugram.
Comfortable communicating clearly with international clients via email and other channels evidenced by strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and proactively flag risks to supervisors.
Experience or interest in real estate and lean knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
