Tier-1 brand and metro location increase applicants, but niche Agentic AI skills narrow competition.
Strong GenAI, cloud, and Databricks skills are transferable, but AML/compliance domain experience increases sensitivity.
Explicit 10+ years and 4+ GenAI years plus required cloud and LLM skills increase screening rigidity.
