Manage IAM Secondary controls including User ID Revalidation using IAM tools (UAT, etc.) for assigned accounts.
Ensure audit readiness by conducting internal audits, supporting external/internal audits, and managing compliance and mitigation activities.
Own overall governance and compliance of ESCT / IES operations, including data verification, onboarding/offboarding, exception handling, access rights governance, reporting, and communication governance.
Minimum Requirements
JLPT N3 Japanese language proficiency.
At least 7 years of experience in IT disciplines such as desktop services, network support, applications, security, or IT management.
Experience in SLA Management/Service Management and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and GLPI.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in navigating between infrastructure, applications, business functions, and senior management for IT service delivery.
Skilled in coordinating audits and driving compliance, risk management, and governance processes within IAM and ESCT/IES environments.
Strong communicator with expertise in customer service, incident management, and process improvement with a technical and operational focus.
