Plan, scope, and execute internal audits independently across Sandvik operations following GIA methodology.
Prepare audit reports with observations, root causes, risk assessments, and recommendations; conduct meetings with management to communicate findings and obtain feedback.

4-7 years of progressive risk-based internal audit experience in Big 4 firms and/or contact center industry.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of manufacturing industry practices; fluency in English.
Experience in multinational and multicultural environments with exposure to Asia, Europe, and Americas regions preferred.
Strong business and risk orientation with skills in risk analysis, internal controls, process improvement, and data analytics.
Ability to operate independently under guidance, managing multiple audits and stakeholder communications at senior management level.
