Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Experienced in designing and deploying talent and learning solutions tailored to business needs, including soft skills and technical training.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with HR, practice leaders, and external vendors to successfully deliver learning projects within timelines and budgets.
Comfortable with managing LMS platforms and handling end-to-end training program operations in complex organizational environments.
