Own administration and support of Confluent Platform components including Kafka Brokers, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, Control Center, and ksqlDB/Flink.
Design and operate real-time data pipelines using Flink and stream processing technologies.
Manage Linux infrastructure on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or other IaaS) with automation through Ansible, Shell, or Python, including security and monitoring setup.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years experience specifically in Confluent Platform administration and support.
Hands-on experience with Flink for stream processing.
Experience managing Linux infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or other IaaS with automation skills using Ansible, Shell scripting, or Python.
Knowledge and practical implementation of Kafka security including SSL, RBAC, LDAP, authentication, and authorization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle management of Kafka and related streaming components in production environments.
Skilled in automating complex infrastructure and application processes for reliability and scalability.
Comfortable working with cloud-based Linux infrastructure and security best practices in a data streaming ecosystem.
