Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of backend development experience, preferably with Python and Django.
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from top engineering institutes with relevant experience in top technology companies.
Strong skills in Python, Django, REST API design, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and real-time/streaming backend technologies.
Must be able to work in EST Time Zone to support US customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineer comfortable solving broadly defined problems with system design and coding expertise in Python-based backend frameworks like Django and FastAPI.
Knowledgeable in AI/ML applications, including NLP and LLM-backed search/retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems.
Able to operate independently with strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and database management while working in an agile, customer-focused environment.
