Minimum Requirements
8+ years of performance engineering/testing experience.
Mandatory expertise in performance testing with Load Runner.
Mandatory domain experience in banking, BFSI, and insurance.
Experience with performance testing on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is required; AWS experience is good to have but not mandatory explicitly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background working in banking domain on large-scale applications, with end-to-end performance testing ownership.
Experienced in integrating performance testing within DevOps pipelines and using APM tools like AppDynamics and CloudWatch.
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering technical leadership on performance and resiliency strategies.
