Support the Regional President and leadership team in decision-making for commercial agreements, operational/capital expenses, investments, and sales/supply agreements.
Lead regional budgeting and financial forecasting to align regional objectives with global business plans, leveraging global & plant controllership and FP&A teams.
Manage and optimize Contract to Cash cycle compliance, receivables, pricing/payment terms, collections, inventory levels, and related financial KPIs.
MBA and/or Chartered Accountant qualification.
12-15+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably at a regional level.
Experience leading FP&A teams and/or commercial finance partner roles.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel.
Experienced strategic finance partner with a deep understanding of regional commercial and operational finance.
Proficient in managing complex financial analyses supporting multi-dimensional business decisions with measurable KPIs.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, supply chain, and controllership teams in a global/regional environment.
