Handle daily operations related to product costing including cost & feasibility reports, variance analysis, inventory and plant reports.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, approved SOPs, and achieve key performance indicators set by leadership.
Perform master data setup for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, and prepare ad hoc reporting as required.
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting focusing on costing processes and fundamentals.
Commerce graduate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts and adhere to operational requirements.
Exposure to Accounting in SAP ERP system is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or familiarity with costing processes within service or BPO industry environments.
Analytical ability with competence in variance analysis and reporting.
Capable of working under shift flexibility and meeting SLA-driven operational metrics.
