Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into technical BI solutions.
Manage and maintain Power BI service components including datasets, workspaces, dataflows, and gateways ensuring performance and deployment efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of professional experience in data and reporting domain.
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI development, Power App, ETL, data modeling, SQL, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred, AWS is a plus).
Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or Equivalent Degree.
Experience with Power BI Service features (RLS/OLS security, apps, workspaces), Power BI performance optimization, and SQL Server/Azure SQL/Redshift databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end BI reporting lifecycle with a strong focus on Power BI dashboard development and performance tuning.
Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into scalable BI solutions.
Familiar with modern data engineering concepts including ETL, data pipelines, and possibly Azure Data Factory tooling.
