Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions and backend applications using Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and related technologies.
Build and maintain RAG and agentic AI workflows including data ingestion, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, tool calling, and prompt engineering.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable AI-driven backend systems integrated with LLMs such as Azure OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of combined software engineering and AI solution development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience building scalable backend systems with Python and REST APIs; FastAPI experience preferred.
3+ years working in agile/scrum development environments.

Experienced in designing and deploying production-grade AI and Generative AI features at scale with focus on reliability and performance.
Proficient in backend engineering involving complex API design, data modeling, and integrations in AI-driven systems.
Strong collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams including product, architects, and data science in agile environments.
