Lead and manage the SAP Production to Stock (P2S) IT team delivering continuous development business requirements for SAP R/3 and S4 HANA.
Define and drive the overall vision and product lifecycle management for the P2S process chain, including design, build, rollout, support, and maintenance.
Collaborate with IT product teams and governance functions to ensure process optimization, system integration, backlog prioritization, and cross-team alignment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in design, implementation, or consulting in P2S with leadership experience in SAP development teams.
Expertise in production IT applications specifically SAP R/3 and S4 HANA for Production Planning & Execution.
Knowledge of Solution Manager and JIRA tool.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead expert teams in SAP Production to Stock domain with strong process and technical orientation.
Experience working in agile environments focusing on product lifecycle and backlog management.
Skilled in collaborating across teams to drive standardization and resolve prioritization conflicts.
