Design and configure product catalogs, bundles, and pricing rules within Conga CPQ, including discounting, approvals, and quote lifecycle processes.
Configure contract templates, clause libraries, and workflows in Conga CLM, integrating CPQ and CLM with CRM/ERP and other downstream systems through Apex, callbacks, and APIs.
Lead requirement gathering, workshops, solution design, provide SME guidance, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CPQ/CLM solution performance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM including product configuration, pricing models, business rules, and contract lifecycle workflows.
Technical development skills including Apex, custom logic, APIs, and callbacks.
Experience with system integrations involving CRM, ERP, or Billing systems.
Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue business processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end CPQ and CLM implementation projects with strong technical and functional expertise in Conga solutions.
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and leading workshops to translate requirements into technical designs.
Skilled at troubleshooting, optimizing enterprise Quote-to-Cash processes and integrating complex systems like CRM/ERP/Billing in a consultative role.
