Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms, preferably Workday.
Strong research, analytical, data interpretation, and communication skills including creating candidate messaging.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting global recruitment or shared services and exposure to executive search and workforce planning methodologies.
Operates well in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency or interest in recruitment analytics, AI-enabled sourcing, and talent intelligence platforms for innovation in sourcing.
