Lead the development and implementation of a Geospatial AI-based Demographic Intelligence Unit in Odisha, coordinating with government and technology partners.
Translate demographic data and policy needs into technical requirements and use-cases; conduct data analysis and customize reports for stakeholders.
Conduct user feedback sessions and quality assurance to enhance the DIU platform; support demographic policy development and tech innovations like blockchain and LMS integration.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Geospatial or related field (MSc or MTech).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar programs/projects; experience with government or UN agencies preferred.
Proficiency with Python, QGIS, ARGIS, and deep learning tools like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch; knowledge of RNN and CNN data modeling.
Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Odia language is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating multi-stakeholder tech programs involving government, UN agencies, and technical teams for public sector data projects.
Strong technical expertise in geospatial AI, Earth Observation analytics, and deep learning model deployment with ability to translate policy to technical solutions.
Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery including user engagement, quality assurance, and policy support in a complex governmental environment.
