Own the operational management of enterprise network infrastructure ensuring high availability and reliability, including handling incidents and service requests.

Experience with network management tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, Nautobot/Netbox, BigPanda), network automation frameworks (Salt, Ansible, Python or similar), and familiarity with ITIL framework and tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
Experienced in both enterprise and data center network environments with a strong operational focus on high availability and reliability.
Proficient in automating complex network operations beyond basic scripting, utilizing languages such as Python or Go and integrating operational signals like SNMP, Syslog, or Streaming Telemetry.
Demonstrates capability in advanced networking technologies including VXLAN/EVPN, MPLS, Segment Routing, SDWAN, and exposure to platforms like Mellanox/Cumulus Linux, Cisco/Arista, and Palo Alto firewalls.
