Ensure data quality, governance, security, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor other developers on platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 2 years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.
Experience with Data Streams, Data Model Objects, Identity Resolution, Agentforce, Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, and integration using APIs/middleware.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep Salesforce platform and Salesforce Data Cloud expertise including AI and enterprise integrations experience.
Strong focus on data quality, governance, security, and scalable reusable technical solutions.
Experience supporting Sales, Service, or Commercial Technology organizations with complex enterprise data and AI implementations.
