Own and architect scalable backend systems using Node.js supporting millions of transactions with high reliability and security.
Build and maintain high-performance backend services, RESTful APIs, and event-driven asynchronous workflows including retry and dead-letter queue mechanisms.
Define and enforce technical standards, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and Product.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in Node.js production systems.
Proven expertise in architecting large-scale distributed backend systems with MongoDB and Redis including schema design, indexing, replication, and sharding.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Location: Sector 67, Gurugram (Onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong individual contributor focused on engineering excellence with approximately 85-90% hands-on coding.
Experience designing systems for high scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability in event-driven, microservices environments.
Background with startups or in domains like supply chain, logistics, quick commerce, or marketplaces beneficial.
