Mentor and train team members technically and functionally while collaborating with engineering and clients on cloud solutions and product enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of experience designing automated pipelines supporting SaaS delivery and operations in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Hands-on or significant familiarity with cloud and automation tools such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon CI/CD suites, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes.
Proficiency in shell scripting (Unix, Python) and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident management, Request fulfillment, Change management, RCA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud architecture with strong operational focus on automation, monitoring, and security hardening.
Skilled in mentoring and building team capabilities while simplifying and improving deployment complexity.
