Support the C360 Product Manager by coordinating with the development team to ensure the Customer 360 product meets user needs.
Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into user stories for development.
Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and assist in QA testing for new features and bug fixes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in product management.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Work location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, India; Shift Timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST to align with Montreal (EST) time zone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to autonomously manage small product features and produce clear, high-quality user stories.
Experienced in stakeholder management with demonstrated effective communication skills.
Familiarity or interest in aerospace domain preferred, ideally with experience in Azure DevOps and SQL.
