Develop and maintain advanced Python-based Generative AI applications focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
Implement and optimize Generative AI models like GPT, LLAMA, Mistral, FLAN T5, and develop advanced RAG pipelines involving embeddings, indexing, chunking, reranking, prompts, and evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities, utilize cloud GPU resources (AWS/Azure/Databricks), and assist delivery leads in client solution deployment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or engineering field (CS, machine learning, mathematics, statistics) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in data science with hands-on NLP and Python development including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Proficiency in building and optimizing Generative AI models and advanced RAG pipelines.
Preferred experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Databricks and GPU management; SQL skills preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced NLP and Python developer with deep understanding of the evolution of NLP from traditional to modern large language models.
Strong practical knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, systems integration, and testing tools like GitHub and Jira.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments focusing on delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to clients.
