Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Typically 4-8 years in HR Tech project management, process optimization, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
Experience with AI/Automation use cases in HR or related business outcomes and ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical partners.
This is an onsite role primarily working from an HPE partner/customer office.

Experienced in managing global HR tech projects with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
Proven track record in successful AI and automation implementation within HR or workforce domains.
Skilled in process standardization, optimization, and balancing technological advancement with human-centric HR services.
