Senior Program Manager – Enterprise ERP / CRM / SAP

Lead multiple complex global Digital Transformation programs focused on ERP, CRM, SAP, and enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.

Own end-to-end technical program management including integrations, data migration, infrastructure, testing, and deployment within Agile, Hybrid, and traditional methodologies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing executive communications, portfolio prioritization, vendor relations, and globally distributed delivery teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive Program and Portfolio Management experience in large enterprise environments.

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide ERP, CRM, and SAP transformation programs.

Experience managing global delivery teams across multiple geographies and working with North American business stakeholders.

Experienced in managing multi-million-dollar, multi-stream global technology programs combining technical and strategic leadership.

Skilled in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery models with the ability to drive predictable execution and continuous improvement.

A confident executive communicator able to influence across global teams and partner with senior business and technology leadership.
