Technical Program Manager, Devices and Services FinTech, DaS FinTech

Lead end-to-end technical projects in FinTech, managing cross-functional teams and delivering scalable financial planning and analysis tools across various Amazon organizations.

Identify, scope, and unblock technical issues by coordinating multi-functional technical expertise and making trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints.

Develop project schedules, track progress, manage risks, and establish goals and metrics to ensure delivery meets cost, performance, and schedule requirements.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.

2+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.

3+ years of product management experience.

Experience managing cross-functional programs and building coordinated release schedules.

Experienced in technical program management within FinTech or related domains, comfortable working across time zones and ambiguous environments.

Strong negotiation, influence, and analytical skills to balance technical and business requirements.

Proven ability to break down complex, large-scale projects into manageable pieces and drive delivery to successful and timely completion.
