Support financial regulatory reporting projects to Asian local regulators in collaboration with finance, risk, operations, and IT teams across local, regional, and global levels.
Lead business analysis activities including gap analysis, functional specifications, testing, migration, and change management to achieve project objectives within set timeframes and budgets.
Identify operational and IT inefficiencies and propose solutions in IT and process changes; monitor and report project progress and risks to management and governance bodies.
Minimum 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in the banking or investment banking industry.
Degree required in Engineering or Accounting and Finance.
Strong business analysis skills with experience in financial regulatory reporting and accounting concepts; product control functional knowledge is a plus.
Experience working with agile methodology, specifically scrum framework.
Experienced in financial regulatory domains and investment banking environment with strong understanding of accounting and regulatory functions.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams and locations with strategic and risk-aware mindset.
Skilled in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and resolve deeper issues; strong communication and formalization skills in English.
