Senior Manager, Procurement Data Excellence & Governance

Lead procurement data governance, quality operations, and strategy with ownership of Global Procurement KPIs and reporting across multi-region teams.

Reimagine and implement a self-improving, agent-embedded data excellence operating model integrating AI for automated quality monitoring, data lineage, and stewardship.

Partner with IT, Security, Compliance to align procurement data foundation with enterprise platforms, enabling AI/automation readiness and ensuring measurable business value.

Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Data/Information Management, Business Analytics, or related field.

10+ years in enterprise data management/analytics/governance, including 5+ years leading data governance/MDM/data quality programs and 3+ years managing teams.

5+ years experience in large multi-region enterprise (5000+ employees) using SAP ECC/S4HANA; 3+ years with procurement/supply chain data domains (Vendor Master, Material Master, etc.).

Designed and operationalized an enterprise data governance model with measurable adoption; familiarity with MDM/data catalog tools (Informatica, Collibra, Ataccama); hands-on SAP & Ariba procurement data experience; understanding of AI/agentic data workflows and cross-functional leadership in IT and Security.

Experienced leader with proven ability to develop and coach multi-region, cross-cultural teams across US and Asia time zones.

Strategic thinker capable of driving enterprise-wide procurement data governance transformation and embedding AI/agentic automation in data processes.

Skilled in influencing without authority across IT, Security, and business stakeholders, adept at translating complex data topics for senior leaders and leading change adoption in complex multi-system environments.
