Lead process improvement initiatives for Global Manufacturing inventory focusing on product availability, cost reduction, and working capital optimization.

Drive inventory-related projects balancing shortage reduction to launch and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) risk with minimal supervision across cross-functional teams.

Analyze inventory trends, maintain replenishment parameters, assess inventory health, identify gaps, and proactively resolve inventory issues through data analysis and coordination.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in equipment manufacturing, supply chain, order execution, or aftermarket supply chain.

Preferred semiconductor industry background; exposure to PMO (Project Management Office) practices.

Experience or understanding of SAP, Kinaxis, O9, and other planning applications; knowledge of Inventory Management principles.

Experienced in end-to-end supply chain operations with a strong focus on inventory management strategies.

Able to independently lead projects with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with exposure to semiconductor manufacturing environment.
