Manage end-to-end HR operations for UK employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
Maintain and update HRIS data including employee profiles, leave allowances, and system changes for new hires, leavers, and contingents.
Generate and maintain HR reports such as leave, return-to-office, and probation tracking with accuracy and timeliness.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in HR Data Operations / Reporting focused on UK region employee lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree mandatory.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP; strong MS Excel skills required.
Work location: Hyderabad with hybrid work model (3 days office/week); shift timing 4 PM - 1 AM IST (5 PM - 2 AM IST during daylight saving).
