Senior Director Services Quote to Cash AMS Operations, Global Experience & Sovereignty

Lead end-to-end Services Quote to Cash (Q2C) operations across Americas (AMS) including channels and direct sales, ensuring SLA compliance, quality, and improved stakeholder experience.

Own KPIs such as cycle time, quality, renewal/attachment performance, budget management, and drive continuous improvement through process simplification, AI adoption, and automation.

Define and implement global Q2C experience strategy and federal/sovereignty strategy aligned with compliance and data residency requirements, managing a team of over 170 employees across multiple geographies.

12+ years experience in business-related functions such as Operations, Channel Management, Services Delivery, or Finance.

5+ years in leadership roles managing large teams and driving significant transformations in a global cross-functional environment.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly desired.

Experience with Services Quote to Cash operations, large-scale organizational management, financial accountability, and compliance management.

Experienced senior leader capable of managing large, globally distributed teams with a strong focus on operational efficiency and transformation.

Proven track record in end-to-end Quote to Cash processes and driving measurable improvements in business KPIs and experience metrics.

Strong stakeholder and partner management skills with expertise in AI and automation implementation within large-scale service operations.
